Meet the Amberjack: Vanhunks’ newly developed, unique hybrid kayak/SUP. While we came up with Amberjack’s concept as a single fishing platform, this 12’0″ lake, river, and ocean-faring vessel can also be enjoyed as a stand up paddle board, and makes an all-round great adventure craft.
Amberjack’s max capacity of 500lbs and the EPS foam core makes it ideal for those looking for a solution to handle the heavier weight loads. Amberjack offers you unparalleled stability and tracking and comes up as a real smooth ride.
There are 2 Swivel rod holders flanking the front of the deck, while 4 accessory tracks line up and down the sides. A fifth accessory track runs perpendicular to the others, squaring off at the front section, before the nose. Set up more rod holders, action cam mounts, GPS navigation gadgets, solar chargers, and so much more.

Weighing in at 72lbs, you won’t need to call on your buddy to help you carry it from your truck to the water, but if you had help, you’d have rubber carry handles to lift at the bow and stern, as well as two side carry handles near the seating rig.
