This kayak is amazing. Upgrade to the better higher seat and bixspy motor. This setup is amazing. All you need for mountain lake fishing.

Received my 375fc about a week and a half after order. Came in five boxes over two days. All looks in order and quality looks good. Can’t comment on performance yet with the Honda motor but i am optimistic. Customizing it with 46” wide anti-slip deck and retractable transport gear, anchor and oar storage mounts.

Got my 473rl about 1.5 years ago and took it for 25 shorter and longer trips (incl. overnight) on lakes and rivers in Switzerland. Setup is easy and fast and the kayak is stable but at the same time reasonably sleek and streamlined. With skeg, I am impressed with the tracking and without I gain maneuverability. It feels at home on gentle rivers and on lakes when not too windy. It's not intended for whitewater and I indeed found class 2 the upper limit because of the hard-nose bow and the limited self-bailing, Im sure that the material can handle it though. For one person, it is a bit challenging to carry everything but handling on the water is ok and the flexibility to take a passenger is great. The backpack could be further developed, esp. for use with public transport: straps and clips quality, handles at the side, a bigger side pocket or an option to attach paddles. Overall, I am very happy and impressed with the kayak and looking forward to many trips this summer and to new waters with an Explorer 420x.

Sturdy and well-constructed appearing. It is amazingly big. Inflates and deflates quickly. We used this to push out into the lake and swim off of. I was surprised we could climb back into it without it flipping over. Excellent price when compared to other websites.

We have only used it once but we took it out on Lake Table Rock in Missouri. The water was very calm but the boat handled itself really well. We loaded it with about 550lbs of people and gear and it was still very sturdy. It stayed inflated for a 3 days with no issues.Excellent Buy

I have taken this raft fishing several times, and I have been happy with the boat every time. The floor does not bow easily and it does not react harshly to movement in the boat. There have been no leaks, and it has went through rocks and rocks. For the money, I have been very happy.

I took it out twice this past weekend. First day with two 11 year olds, Inflated great, sure got a work out lol. On the second day took it out with one 11 yr old and a 7 yr old.The kids wanted to tip us over just to get all the way in the lake lol, um NO. Very happy with the purchase

We started our second season with our 473rl with an afternoon trip up the Snake River under the Perrine Bridge. Last year I seriously considered finding a canoe to get the family out on the water but I've always preferred kayaks. The 473rl has the best parts of both, cargo room of a canoe as well as the speed and double paddle of a hard body kayak, on top of that it fits in any vehicle without a rack system. It can be easily be reconfigured to distribute load (and people). Having run over many rocks (hitting hard and dragging bottom), I can vouch that 473rl is rugged. The soft bottom is super comfortable for kids to move around on and nap. Finally having the speed to travel against the wind and current is a safety issue in many settings and this boat performs as well as anything this size. So far I've done more than a hundred miles of rivers and lakes (mostly with kids). Looking forward to camping in spots that only a boat can access. In total the 473rl does everything I expected it to and more.

The performance of a rigid kayak, but you can put it in a car trunk. Ive owned a number of rigid, inflatable and frame kayaks over the years and I am very impressed with this kayak. I can keep up with people in rigid touring kayaks with no problem. I paddle it regularly without the skeg and find it easy to steer. I often fish from it. As a performance boat it doesnt have the stability many other inflatables have. It would not be my choice for a sailboat tender for example. The folding seat had good adjustment points, but I was less impressed with the two strap option on the inflatable seat, although this can be remedied fairly easily. I find both seats less comfortable than most which is the biggest drawback for me. The included paddle is well built and functional, but those who will be doing much touring will probably want to upgrade. I strongly suggest the adjustable foot brace option. Their power inflator is also a great option.
